DETAILS

Description (English)
Application
Giemsa stain has been used in a study to develop a fast and easy method for general fluorescent staining of cultured cells on transparent or opaque supports. Giemsa stain has also been used in a study to determine the cell block method using immunostaining for pancreatic juice cytology showed a much lower rate of equivocal borderline malignancy and a tendency for a higher diagnostic yield compared with smear cytology.
