Labelled Necrosulfonamide. Necrosulfonamide specifically blocks necrosis downstream of receptor-interacting serine-threonine kinase 3 (RIP3) activation. RIP3 is a key signalling molecule in the programmed necrosis (necroptosis) pathway.
