Description (English)
Labelled Lincomycin. An antibiotic produced by Streptomyces lincolnensis. Lincomycin is a lincosamide antibiotic that forms cross-links within the peptidyl transferase loop region of the 23S rRNA. Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis. Antibacterial.
