Reagent used in the phosphite triester method of oligonucleotide synthesis for the cleavage of the 5′-protect ing group. Reagent is suitable for use on ABI, Beckman, Expedite synthesizers.
Traditionally used to precipitate protein. Has been used to determine protein concentration by quantitative precipitation.Used as a decalcifier and fixative in microscopy.
