DETAILS

Description (English)
Application
Cellulotriose is a 3-glucose polymer cellulodextrin derived from cellulose degradation. Cellotriose and other cellulodextrins, such as cellulobiose, cellotetraose and cellopentaose are used by cellulosic bacteria as sources of energy. Cellotriose is used to help identify, differentiate and characterize oligosaccharide metabolizing enzymes.
