亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌为甲萘醌的水溶性形式,属于维生素 K 类化合物。是生物合成凝血酶原和其他凝血因子的必需品。甲萘醌为凝血化合物并用作细胞培养和体内研究的模型醌。 研究显示甲萘醌可通过介导酪氨酸磷酸化影响细胞间隙连接通讯。已证实甲萘醌对多种细胞系具有细胞毒活性,并且可通过提高过氧化物和超氧化物自由基水平诱导培养细胞(例如破骨细胞和造骨细胞)的细胞凋亡。 已公开用 HPLC 法检测复合维生素配方中的亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌。已报道用化学发光法分析药物制剂和生物液体中的亚硫酸氢钠甲萘醌。
